The Portfolio comprises commercial, residential, hospitality and retail real estate development projects located primarily in or around the Indian cities of Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Pune, and provides the Group with a presence in India with significant geographic and sector diversification. All four SEZ projects in the portfolio i.e. Mindspace - Airoli, Navi Mumbai; Mindspace - Juinagar, Navi Mumbai; Mindspace Madhapur, Hyderabad (SEZ development) and Mindspace - Pocharam, have been approved and formally notified as SEZs. The nine Projects in the portfolio have an aggregate planned development of 19 million sq. ft. Construction is currently underway on approximately 10 million sq. ft. of office and retail space and approximately 1 million sq. ft. of hotel and residential space across the nine projects in the portfolio. The total area let, agreed terms aggregates approximately 8.0 million sq. ft. representing approximately 78% of the lettable area currently under construction and 46% of the aggregate lettable area of the portfolio.

The Projects are being built to high standards which the Directors believe will attract blue chip Indian and international commercial tenants and, in the case of residential developments, high net-worth Indian residents.

K Raheja Services Private Limited has entered into Project Support Services Agreements with each Indian Investment Vehicle under which it has been appointed to provide project support services for the development of each Project.
